I would very much like to speak to Associate Director level or Director level MRICS Building Surveyors in Birmingham who would like to join a busy, forward thinking property consultancy with exciting plans to grow.

Responsibilities

• You will be leading a Team of 4 Building Surveyors, with well structured plans to grow to 8 Surveyors.
• Working on TDD, Contract Admin, PM and Dilaps across an interesting range of Industrials and Commercial property for some of the UK's leading Funds and Prop Co's.

Salary & Benefits
