The Role: This is a senior leadership position within the Building Consultancy division, with responsibility for driving business growth, leading a team of experienced surveyors, and ensuring the highest standard of service delivery across a range of commercial, corporate, and public sector clients. You’ll work across both professional services (dilapidations, technical due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, landlord and tenant matters) and project-led work (CAT A/CAT B fit-outs, refurbishments, maintenance strategy, contract administration), overseeing major instructions and key accounts.
