An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director level Building Surveyor to join a highly regarded consultancy with a strong presence in the local and national market.

The Role

This position has been created due to internal progression, offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within the Cardiff office. The successful candidate will:

  • Manage a small team which include Senior and Graduate Surveyors.
  • Support the Head of Building Surveying and contribute to the regional leadership team.
  • Deliver a varied workload, with a 50/50 split between professional services and contract administration (projects typically £250k - £500k).
