Why join UniQuest?
UniQuest is a mission-driven, founder-led organisation focused entirely on student engagement and conversion. As part of Keystone Education Group, we support over 5,500 education providers globally. This role offers the opportunity to accelerate UniQuest’s footprint in the UK, and beyond.
We are looking for a commercially-driven and well-networked individual to spearhead our regional sales in the UK, building institutional engagement with UniQuest and optimising institutional spend on products and services. Working collaboratively with UniQuest team members, you will leverage your experience and expertise to identify and develop sales and growth opportunities, enhancing UniQuest’s reputation as the World’s leading engagement, admissions and conversion partner. You will be perceived as an expert in your field and bring credibility to the role and to UniQuest’s capability to deliver an outstanding service to our partners and their stakeholders.

- Build excellent collaborative working relationships across the business
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of the end-to-end sales process, with the ability to navigate and support each stage effectively
- Drive awareness and brand recognition for UniQuest, strengthening our position in the UK, as the go-to experts in student engagement and conversion in the higher education sector
- Achieve personal revenue targets at an agreed margin
- Increase partner numbers and grow market share, to support improved partner community value and network effects
- Grow revenue through a thoughtfully-managed upsell approach, consulting with stakeholders across UniQuest
- Plan and deliver market engagement activities to drive community and advocacy in the market, consulting with key internal stakeholders for planning and delivery
- Identify and deploy the sales and marketing tools and systems that support scalable growth, knowledge sharing, and seamless transitions from sales to operations delivery and handover
- Implement strategic and creative growth initiatives in the local market

- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment, adjusting priorities quickly
- Demonstrated experience in successfully collaborating with all levels of administration, including senior management and senior-level customers, to drive and enhance long-term partnerships
