HOURS: Full-Time

Merchant Services provides a diverse range of products and services to merchants from micro merchants to enterprise customers that want to accept payments via face-to-face, online, and over the phone channels. Merchants of all sizes demand sophisticated payment solutions. Merchant Services has received significant investment, highlighting its strategic importance.

We're seeking a highly skilled Director of Client Implementation, reporting to the Head of Sales Engineering, to lead our client implementation team.

The Client Implementation team is part of the Sales Engineering team, responsible for supporting our largest clients through pre-sale and post-sale assistance, understanding and solving their problems with standard or tailored solutions. We handle the technical implementation and accreditation of our acquiring and payments solutions, working closely with commercial teams and clients.

You will share our passion for solving problems, demonstrating a proactive approach to onboarding large, complex clients across sectors. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, technical environment and excel at building strong relationships with clients, third-party payment gateways, and internal teams including Sales, Product, IT, and Compliance.
