Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Engineering, Finance, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of professional experience in a sales role or equivalent experience in a customer facing technical/engineering or consulting role.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale programs within a Cloud Sales Environment.
  • Ability to rapidly learn, understand, and work with complex customer environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated influence with C-level executives (Board, CEO, CFO).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior, stateful business executive responsible for leading and winning large, complex Google Cloud-led accounts. Establish a multi-year partnership goal with the customer for industry disruption through digital transformation.
  • Establish trusted relationships with and influence the board, CEO, and senior executive management team with large enterprise organizations. Build alignment with Google leadership across different Google businesses (e.g., Google Health, Android, Search, Maps, Ads).
  • Establish alignment between Google Leadership (CEO, SVP/VP) and the customer board and senior executive team.
  • Develop the win strategy, Google differentiators at the CEO/Board level, and gain buy-in from the customer.
  • Understand the business models and incentives for other Google/Alphabet business units and create alignment for these business units.
