Expereo powers the global connectivity behind enterprise transformation. As we scale, we’re investing in the full digital journey of our customers — from first touch through to service activation and billing. We’re hiring a Director of Commercial Experience to lead this transformation.
This is a Single-Threaded Owner (STO) role with full accountability for the end-to-end Commercial Experience — spanning lead capture, quoting, ordering, fulfillment, activation, and billing. You’ll define the product vision, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver seamless, digital-first journeys through ExpereoOne — our customer experience platform — and via API integrations for enterprise clients and partners.
What You’ll Own
As Director of Commercial Experience, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a transparent, scalable, and intuitive experience across every phase of the pre- and post-sale lifecycle:
Lead Capture & Qualification
- Define the digital flow of inbound and partner-generated leads through CRM and into quoting.
- Improve lead enrichment, routing, and readiness for quoting within the ExpereoOne platform and connected tools.
Quoting & Deal Configuration
- Streamline how customers and sales teams create, view, and accept accurate, validated quotes — with support for complex, multi-site configurations.
- Enable both self-service quoting in ExpereoOne and programmatic access via APIs for partner platforms.
Order Placement & Supplier Fulfillment
- Orchestrate the translation of accepted quotes into digital orders, minimizing manual effort and rework.
- Manage supplier interactions across 4,000+ partners — through portals, APIs, and internal orchestration tools — all with visibility in ExpereoOne.
Service Delivery & Activation
- Provide customers with real-time updates on provisioning, installation scheduling, and hardware logistics — delivered through ExpereoOne dashboards or partner API integrations.
- Ensure predictable, proactive service activation and clean technical handover.
Billing & Revenue Readiness
- Align product configuration, usage, and delivery data to support first-time-right billing.
- Drive transparency and accuracy by surfacing relevant billing status and dispute resolution flows in ExpereoOne.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Commercial Experience product vision and roadmap, spanning internal tooling, external portals, and partner integrations.
- Lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, while aligning stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Deliver these journeys via:
- ExpereoOne, our core customer-facing digital experience.
- Modern APIs, enabling integration with customer or partner platforms.
- Deliver measurable improvements in:
- Lead-to-quote and quote-to-order cycle time
- Order-to-live success rate
- Manual intervention per order
- Billing accuracy and time-to-invoice
- NPS across the commercial experience
- Drive integration across core systems (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Supplier APIs) to reduce friction and improve transparency.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Product, Revenue Operations, or Customer Experience, ideally in telecom, infrastructure, SaaS, or global service delivery.
- Deep understanding of the Commercial Experience lifecycle — including CRM, quoting, fulfillment, provisioning, and billing processes.
- Proven success delivering digital customer journeys through web platforms and APIs.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills; able to align business, operations, product, and engineering toward shared customer outcomes.
- Ability to simplify complexity through automation, process design, and product thinking.
