We are assisting them in their search for a Commercial Valuation Partner to aid the growth of their London based commercial valuation department. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE? This role is essentially the number 2 of the commercial valuation department reporting into the overall head of commercial valuation. You will be responsible for a variety of commercial valuations across London and Greater London. You will cover a variety of asset classes, but typically offices, retail and industrial buildings/units working with banks, private and corporate clients, and professional contacts. Your main mandate will be to aid the growth of the business unit through fee earning, business development but team leading and and mentoring which this role really offers. The team has 8 fee earners in it and you will be responsible for developing them through their career, coaching and advising them when needed.
