Overview: A transformational leader driving organizational impact, executive collaboration, and business innovation, the Director of Project Management plays a pivotal role in both strategic leadership and operational execution for our Healthcare clients. This role oversees high-performing teams and complex project portfolios, ensuring excellence in project management, delivery, and QA/QC across all client engagements. Responsible for setting portfolio strategies, shaping client experiences, and championing execution precision, the Director brings expertise in operational excellence, business development, and stakeholder management while influencing senior leadership and helping shape company-wide objectives that drive sustained growth and industry leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Strategy & Organizational Leadership: Define and drive the strategic vision for portfolio project execution, ensuring alignment with broader corporate goals. Partner with Regional/Sector Executives to set long-term objectives, optimize efficiencies, and expand business capabilities. Lead portfolio-wide initiatives and sponsoring enterprise-wide initiatives ensuring seamless execution and industry-leading innovation. Champion a culture of excellence, continuously refining best practices and enhancing organizational impact.
- People & Performance Leadership: Partner with HR to shape talent development strategies, overseeing workforce planning, team growth, and leadership mentoring. Establish succession planning, ensuring long-term leadership continuity and organizational resilience. Influence of leadership culture, driving collaboration, accountability, and high-performance standards.
- Executive Client Strategy & Business Growth: Serve as the primary advisor to key clients and senior executives, driving business expansion and strategic partnerships. Oversee high-stakes negotiations, ensuring strong contract alignment and revenue optimization. Lead corporate communications and engagement frameworks, shaping executive messaging and influencing business decisions.
- Financial Oversight & Corporate Governance: Drive financial performance, overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, cost efficiencies, and revenue growth. Establish corporate risk management protocols, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Leverage data analytics and market insights, guiding enterprise-level decision-making with KPI-driven strategies.

Experiences:
- Proficient Owner Project Management skills, typically 15+ years of industry experience with executive-level leadership, project management, and business strategy.
- Expert in construction project management with proven ability to influence stakeholders, shape business direction, and drive organizational success.
- Strong financial acumen, managing complex budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
