About the Role We are seeking a

Consumer Markets Lead Sector Architect

at Director level to shape, design, and deliver technology-enabled business transformation for leading global brands.

This role is pivotal in setting

strategic architecture direction , driving complex digital transformations, and enabling innovation across Consumer Markets - spanning

Retail, CPG, Retail Pharma, and related sectors .

You'll design

target architectures, strategic roadmaps, and tech-enabled platforms

to help clients unlock growth, enhance customer experience, and modernise their supply chains and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end solutions

across multiple technologies, guiding clients through complex transformation journeys. Define

visionary target architectures

and develop strategic roadmaps for digital and technology adoption. Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, bringing

outside-in perspectives

on emerging trends and innovation. Mentor and grow teams , shaping the next generation of architects and accelerating organisational capability. Provide

technical oversight

across large programmes, ensuring architectural integrity and delivery excellence. Support

business development and practice growth , contributing to sector thought leadership and innovation. What We're Looking For

Deep expertise in

Consumer Markets technology and business architecture : omnichannel retail, D2C, e-commerce, CX platforms, and digital supply chain. Proven track record of

designing and delivering enterprise-scale, technology-enabled business platforms . Strong skills in

Enterprise Architecture and E2E Solution Architecture . Experience leading

large, multidisciplinary teams

through complex transformation programmes. Familiarity with the vendor and technology landscape, supported by certifications such as

TOGAF, SAFe, or equivalent . Knowledge of

Cloud, Data, and AI technologies

and their application in the Consumer Markets sector. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively from

C-suite to delivery teams . Commitment to
