The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Director to join the Financial Services team in London. This is a senior leadership role, with responsibility for delivering high-quality tax advisory services, managing a portfolio of clients, and driving growth within the practice. You'll work with a wide range of financial services organisations, providing strategic advice on complex tax issues while developing and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Financial Services clients, providing clear, tailored tax advice.
• Oversee and review complex technical work, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to business development through networking, pitching and thought leadership.
• Manage budgets, billing and financial performance for your client portfolio.
• Mentor and develop Associate Directors and other team members, supporting their career progression.

About You

• Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Tax Adviser (ACA / CTA or equivalent).
• Extensive corporate tax experience within Financial Services.
• Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate and nurture new opportunities.
• Experienced people leader with a collaborative, mentoring approach.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
