The Role

As Director - Cost Management, you'll take charge of a growing London team, currently three strong (including a Technical Director), with the vision to scale to 10-20 professionals. You'll be instrumental in driving business growth, mentoring talent, and delivering high-impact projects across the capital.

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and grow the London cost management function.
  • Client Engagement: Drive business development and build lasting client relationships.

  • Project Delivery: Oversee schemes from £2m to £30m, with flagship projects exceeding £100m.
