Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on UK and cross-border credit and restructuring transactions.
• Provide bespoke tax structuring advice across a range of commercial situations.

• Collaborate with M&A, Real Estate, and specialist tax teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to business development and talent mentoring within the team.

Candidate Profile:

• ACA, ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent, or legal background.
• Strong technical tax knowledge with commercial acumen.
• Experience with private equity, credit, or real estate funds preferred.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
