We’re working with a globally respected, design-led studio with a growing presence in London, backed by a legacy of award-winning architecture across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.

The studio has bold ambitions, and the resources to match. They are now seeking a Director-level leader with the credibility, strategic vision and network to spearhead their cultural and civic work internationally.

• You’ll have the financial backing and ambition behind you to pursue legacy-defining work. This is not about chasing leads, it’s about leveraging your existing network of institutions, civic leaders, developers and patrons, while continuing to cultivate high-value relationships with those ready to build with intent and imagination.
• You’ll be helping to shape the London studio of a global powerhouse, a firm already producing WAF-quality projects, and now actively growing its cultural and civic portfolio.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Has a proven, personal network within the cultural and civic sectors, whether with institutions, public bodies, private cultural clients, developers or competition platforms.
• Has played a leading role in securing landmark work, not just through design competitions but through direct relationships, strategic positioning and long-term trust building.
• Is motivated to step into a Director-level leadership role, helping define project strategy, pitch approach and long-term partnerships.
• Has a clear design sensibility and an ability to communicate the studio’s ethos with clarity and ambition… both internally and externally.
• Thrives in environments where entrepreneurial energy is met with serious backing and infrastructure.
