What Your Day Will Look Like

Lead transformation by designing programs focused on putting the customer at the center of our clients\' businesses. Help reshape customer-facing functions by crafting future operating models. Drive strategic impact in customer strategy, digital service design, CX, and marketing/sales modernization. Inspire and guide multi-disciplinary teams of analysts, designers, technologists, and specialists. Build trusted relationships as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders. Stay ahead by championing new technologies, data analytics, and digital trends in customer engagement.

This Role Is For You If

You have expertise in customer-centric large-scale transformation. You have a strong background in financial services, particularly the life and pensions or wealth management sectors (leading programs of £1.5m+). You excel at understanding and addressing client needs. You can communicate effectively and build lasting relationships. You can manage priorities and successfully lead projects. You demonstrate leadership in direct consulting and project management.
