The Opportunity: Reporting to the Executive Director, Enabling Functions Finance & Finance Innovation, as the Director, Finance Business Partner, HR & CEA ( Corporate & External Affairs ), you will be a member of the Enabling Functions (EF) Finance Leadership team and you will lead the Finance Business Partnering (FBP) support for the HR and CEA functions, partnering with the business in achieving their strategic goals by providing financial guidance, insights and decision support on core activities and financial performance. You will also help to manage costs and find potential savings, evaluate initiatives, identify opportunities and helping to manage risks. You will also be the single point of contact for finance topics for the business. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule . The Role: Lead financial analysis, insights and decision support for the HR & CEA functions on core activities and financial performance to achieve business outcomes that drive sustainable and profitable growth, as well as provide guidance in evaluating initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities.
