The role

• Lead a team of 5-7 professionals to deliver robust risk and control assurance across finance.
• Drive innovation through technology and data to enhance control effectiveness.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, regulators, and auditors to ensure compliance and governance excellence.
• Play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new ERP system and sustainability reporting frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have

• A professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) and deep knowledge of COSO and SOX.
• Expertise in Record to Report and Plan to Perform processes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise risk frameworks.
• A passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
