Lead the planning and implementation of key company priorities, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.Executive Collaboration & Influence: Partner directly with senior leaders across departments (Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Commercial) to drive cross-functional alignment, resolve roadblocks, and influence organisational direction.Project Portfolio Management: Own and oversee a portfolio of high-stakes initiatives from concept to delivery. Provide executive-level reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and post-mortem analysis to ensure continuous improvement.Operational Effectiveness: Identify and address structural inefficiencies and systemic issues. Lead efforts to scale operations through process optimisation, data-led decision-making, and organisational design enhancements.Investor, Board & Stakeholder Engagement: Craft and manage compelling, data-backed materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic leadership reviews. Act as a liaison between the Founder and external stakeholders where required.Special Projects & Founder Enablement: Act as a thought partner and operational enabler to the Founder.
