The position requires a combination of business and technical know-how, and the ability to break down large complex projects into deliverable components. The role requires the incumbent to interact with the FX team and across the entire organization to execute on the established strategic direction.In this role you will be responsible for:Act as a subject matter expert in FX and US Treasuries market structure, trading systems, and competitive landscape. Use expertise to clearly identify and define business risks and opportunities.Lead the design and implementation of product features and enhancements including pre-trade and post-trade aspects.Work collaboratively with the business team, prospective clients, vendors, legal, software engineering and operations teams throughout the design and development process to ensure the shortest path to production.Define detailed business requirements that clearly and precisely define the expected system behaviors.Develop pricing proposals for the FX/UST product suite.Perform walk-throughs of the business requirements to ensure internal teams understand the expected system behaviors.Assist in client and vendor onboarding.Assist Sales, Marketing and Communication teams in promoting the FX and platforms, both internally and externally.The ideal candidate has:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in a comparable field.10+ years of total work experience with 5+ years in a Product Management role in the Financial Services industry.Experience in FX, rates, Fixed Income, or electronic trading.Demonstrated ability to drive results with an attention to detail.Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently within a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.Solid presentation skills.Regular attendance at the workplace in a traditional office environment is required.Light travel may be required.Benefits And Perks Of Working At Cboe Global MarketsWe value the total wellbeing of our people – including health, financial, personal and social wellness. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $157,250-$194,250. If you live in certain areas the range may be higher according to geographic differentials. US Geographic Differentials include: 110% for Austin, Chicago, Denver, San Diego; 115% for Los Angeles and Seattle; 120% for Boston and Washington DC; 125% for New York City; 130% for San Francisco. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
