Currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Financial Services firm, who are looking to bring in a new Head of Surveillance for their business. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals split across EMEA and APAC, and will provide clear strategic direction and a point of escalation to the team. You should have experience of both trade and comms surveillance, as well as demonstrable experience of team management.

Key Experience:

• Trade and Comms surveillance within an Investment Bank or trading firm
• Good cross asset knowledge
• Previous management experience
• Experience in the development and implementation of internal controls
• Excellent knowledge of Surveillance platforms
• Multi-jurisdictional experience would be a benefit
