You will lead strategic health, safety, and environmental initiatives that enable teams and stakeholders to reach their full potential while delivering exceptional client outcomes across Americas, Asia Pacific, and European operations.**Key Responsibilities**Strategic Leadership & Culture* Foster a unified safety culture across the global account, leading and developing regional HSE teams with appropriate structures for operational excellence* Implement JLL's global HSE strategic objectives, utilising an account HSE plan to ensure operational relevance and measurable impact across all regions* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal, external, and client HSE stakeholders at senior levels, following a clear HSE communication plan* Engage front line teams globally with the JLL Safer Together principles and mindsetRisk Management & Compliance* Ensure comprehensive risk assessments align with legal requirements and Client Global Risk Control Standards utilising our Enhesa tool* Oversee successful delivery of HSE regulatory responsibilities and best practices to secure global compliance, including management of legislative changes* Manage and reduce operational risks by providing expert guidance on HSE risk management across all organisational levels* Deliver the JLL contractual obligations to the client and demonstrate an accountability mindset* Take responsibility for ensuring the successful achievement of account KPIs under EHS remit.Performance & Continuous Improvement* Provide technical expertise on HSE issues, implement JLL’s global standards and controls, and maintain in line with legislative changes impacting service delivery and client operations* Lead incident and accident investigations, implementing corrective action plans and sharing lessons learned across the global account* Identify improvement opportunities and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions for HSE risk control and operational management* Use data to find actionable insights and translate those into action, clearly communicating the impact and outcomes.Stakeholder Management & Service Delivery* Proactively develop and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service levels reflected in client feedback* Establish an effective partnership with the whole Account team, be the go-to person for HSE guidance, demonstrate the team culture of authenticity and empower the teams to succeed.* Build relationship with key vendor partners, supporting operations to ensure vendor compliance with JLL and client HSE standards through robust oversight and management protocolsEssential Qualifications & Experience* Minimum 5 years’ HSE management experience within operational management systems and corporate client environments* Recognised professional HSE qualifications and memberships (NEBOSH or equivalent)* Deep understanding of HSE regulatory environments across major global markets* Experience with internationally recognised HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)* Financial services and/or regulated industry sector experience highly advantageous* Proven experience managing diverse, multi-cultural teams across different time zones**Key Competencies*** **Strategic Leadership**: Agile approach to leadership and stakeholder management, effective in matrix structures with strong goal orientation, energy and positivity* **Technical Expertise**: Advanced knowledge of HSE technology platforms, data management tools, and risk control systems* **Communication Excellence**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of coaching and influencing at all organisational levels* **Cultural Intelligence**: Strong cultural awareness with unwavering ethical standards, collaborative approach, and effectiveness across geographies* **Problem-Solving**: Significant experience resolving complex HSE issues in dynamic environments with innovative, practical solutions and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem solving**What We Offer**Join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where we succeed together around the globe.
