A leading real estate consulting firm are looking for an experienced Associate Director who is ready to move forwards to Director level in their healthcare valuation and advisory team. This company need a proven professional with healthcare real estate valuation and advisory experience, capable of managing key client relationships, managing surveyors and contributing to the growth of the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Complex healthcare property valuations including hospitals, medical office buildings, care homes, and specialized facilities for investment, M&A and portfolio assessments.
• Support debt and equity financing through detailed property appraisals and market analysis
• Provide ongoing portfolio monitoring and revaluation services for institutional clients
• Contribute to professional development and technical training initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, capital markets, and asset management
• Monitor healthcare real estate market trends and regulatory changes
