Purpose of the Role As Director of Housing Property Services, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, sustainable, and affordable homes across the city. You will lead key services including asset strategy, maintenance, building safety, and the planned investment programme-ensuring regulatory compliance, excellent resident experience, and value for money. This is a pivotal leadership role driving innovation, performance, and transformation within Bristol's housing portfolio, aligned to the council's One City Plan and corporate strategy.
