Using your deep-practice knowledge you will use your decision making latitude and work independently to ensure seamless delivery of highly successful Influencer campaigns You’ll effectively track and optimise Influencer programs and campaigns ensuring high-impact returns for clients You’ll strategically lead and develop the client roadmap so that our offering is continually developing You’ll own senior stakeholder relationships and be the most senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and on time. You’ll have regular facetime with the Clients to drive strategically led senior client agency partnerships Lead ADs with the development of client growth strategies to drive repeat business and convert all new clients into an ongoing relationship. Where a Client has a multi-brand portfolio, you’ll drive new business opportunities therein. You’ll actively identify and lead opportunities for upsell with existing BL Clients. Champion of Influencer product across BL working with other product, planning and new business areas Leadership of a POD, coaching and guiding and developing them to succeed. Identifying and unblocking team challenges with improvements in process Responsible for efficient resource planning and management, org structure construction and maintenance in line with Client scopes
Qualifications
Strong Influencer delivery knowledge and 8+ years of experience Multi-disciplinary marketing experience (paid social, creative, PR) Proven experience managing direct reports, coaching and guiding them to succeed Demonstrable success in creating and delivering high performing influencer marketing campaigns and working through creativity, relationship building, processes and technology adoption/development Developing an understanding about how other BL channels work and how Influencer can collaborate with them A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you - constantly looking at ways to develop your team, by identifying training needs and process improvements Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated
