Role

Director, Business Systems

London/Hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite)

Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring a 12-strong, multi-disciplinary team
• Owning the strategy, evolution, and optimisation of enterprise systems across property operations, development, investment, and corporate functions
• Driving adoption of platforms such as Workday, Oracle, Yardi, MRI, SAP, Dynamics 365 (or similar)
• Partnering with C-Suite leaders and investment partners to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Integrating emerging tech to optimise processes, reduce costs, and elevate resident experience

Qualifications

• Have proven experience delivering enterprise-level systems in the real estate sector, ideally BTR, PBSA, or large-scale property management
• Can demonstrate a track record of digital transformation and systems integration at scale
• Excel at stakeholder management across international, multi-functional teams
• Bring commercial acumen to vendor selection, budgeting, and long-term tech planning
