I am delighted to be working in Partnership with one of Ireland's fastest growing businesses to recruit a Director, Infrastructure and Advisory .The successful candidate will join a rapidly scaling, high-performing team thats helping shape Irelands future infrastructure, working with clients across the public and private sectors on some of the most complex and nationally significant projects in Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-growing practice at the forefront of public policy, infrastructure, and strategic investment. The Role As a Director, you will lead critical advisory assignments focused on the strategy, funding, procurement, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders across government, industry, and financeproviding practical, commercial advice that drives national outcomes. This is a senior-level role offering real scope for career progression in a rapidly expanding team. Youll help shape the direction of the practice, develop market-leading services, and play a key role in mentoring and building a high-calibre team. What Youll Be Doing Leading end-to-end delivery of advisory engagements across capital strategy, business case development, procurement models (including PPP), and transaction support Advising on infrastructure M&A, funding strategies, and complex deal structures Building strong relationships with public and private sector clients across sectors including transport, housing, energy, healthcare, and education Managing project teams, ensuring delivery to scope, budget and quality standards Contributing to business development and growth of the practice, including service innovation and market engagement Leading, mentoring and supporting team development, recruitment and capability building The Person Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) Strong background in infrastructure advisory, corporate finance, public sector consulting or project finance Proven experience leading strategic advisory or transaction projects Strong understanding of infrastructure policy, funding frameworks, and procurement models Financial modelling literacy and comfort with complex commercial and investment analysis Excellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills What is on offer!
