Overview

Director/Associate Director – Public Sector - Local Government, Health, Education, Science & Technology. Location: Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds. CPC is an independent project and cost management consultancy, delivering infrastructure projects in the Health, Science and Education sectors (HEST).

CPC is an Employee Owned Trust (EOT). This is a senior opportunity to help drive growth and development of the HEST division within CPC Project Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Lead the delivery of projects and programmes across the sector, utilising your network to generate new opportunities.
• Work on a range of projects including construction and infrastructure, business change, and business strategy.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience leading and managing advisory infrastructure projects and/or programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
• Delivery-focused with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Experience delivering public sector healthcare business case proposals.
• Experience in Public sector/healthcare/utilities/transport/infrastructure.
• Degree educated and/or professional qualifications equivalent.
