Position Overview The Director International Benefits Projects & Systems will initially focus on harmonising benefits & leave plans across the combined WBD organisation as well as being responsible for implementing Benefit Systems.

This role will also be involved in other benefits projects across the International as required to ensure our plans support business strategy, future growth and/or M&A activity. This role will report to the VP International Compensation & Benefits and will have a team of approximately 6.
