Overview Fortune seeks an experienced executive to lead the expansion of its international licensing program. This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and launching new licensing partnerships, with an initial focus on Latin America/Mexico, Africa, Central Asia, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate prospective international licensees, leveraging an established network of publishers, media groups, and related partners. Qualify potential partners through business plans and financial models that adapt Fortune’s brand, editorial, and events to local markets. Negotiate term sheets and license agreements that balance local market realities with Fortune’s global standards and brand protection. Oversee onboarding and launch of licensees, ensuring alignment with Fortune’s editorial, business, and operational requirements. Partner with Fortune’s editorial and business teams to ensure licensees receive training, support, and integration into Fortune’s global community.
