SEDA Talent is partnering with a global leader in women’s health, in the search for a Senior Director, Manufacturing, Science & Technology (MSAT).

In this high-impact role, you will lead a talented technical team and drive the strategy behind external manufacturing operations. From ensuring flawless tech transfers and scale-ups to optimising processes and managing complex product lifecycles, you’ll play a key role in transforming MSAT into a true Centre of Excellence.

Key Highlights:

* Lead technical operations across global CMO partnerships

* Oversee technology transfers, validation, and new product introductions

* Champion process improvements, deviation standardization, and risk mitigation

* Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure regulatory alignment (EMA/FDA)

What You Bring:

* PhD in Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or related discipline

* Deep experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing – small & large molecules

* Expertise in sterile manufacturing, fill-finish, and packaging

* Proven leadership of cross-functional, high-performing teams
