The Team:

This position reports directly to the Head of M&A and Strategic Investments. The team consists of 4 directors, each with a set of priorities. The Impact:

You are supporting a broad range of corporate development activities for a business of approximately $14billion in revenue and over 42,000 employees world-wide.

Using your communication and interpersonal skills, strong judgment, and broad range of M&A and investing experience, you will coordinate complex processes across large teams and take responsibility for day-to-day management of transactions. Your confidence and partnership will help others get to objective as you work with them to lead through transaction.

Responsibilities:

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $146,109 to $252,227. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking for:

Location: This is hybrid 2-3 days a week work from the S&P Global New York or London office.

Right to Work Requirements: This role if based in US, is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
