A leading private equity firm focused on financial services is hiring a Director-level AI Strategy Lead to play a critical role in driving AI adoption across its portfolio companies. The role sits within a growing internal AI function, helping to shape, build, and implement AI strategies, particularly around large language models (LLMs), in practical, real-world settings. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders, acting as both a strategic advisor and technical guide.
