We’re now seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director of Asset Management.

The Opportunity

• Lead our Asset Management Strategy, investing in high-quality, sustainable homes.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, compliance, and major works with a focus on service excellence.
• Maintain the association’s high performing Tenants and Residents Health and Safety Compliance.
• Drive innovation in energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Influence Ardenglen’s future as part of a collaborative Senior Leadership Team.

About You

• Senior experience in asset management or property services (housing sector desirable).
• Strong track record in compliance, investment planning, and contractor management.
• The ability to inspire and empower teams while influencing at Board level and promoting positive culture.
• Professional qualification is desirable.
