They manage 1,455 homes across Enfield, Barnet, Haringey and Waltham Forest, including supported living for young people and independent living housing for older residents. With a team of 63 dedicated staff, they deliver high-quality services that make a real difference in their communities. They are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Assets to join their Senior Leadership Team. With strong leadership skills you will have the ability to inspire, motivate and empower individuals and teams across the Housing Association. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Association and ensuring the effective management, maintenance, investment and future development of their homes.
