Director of Building Safety (Commercial Projects)

£102,000 - £110,000 DOE + Bonus Scheme + Company Car + Enhanced Holiday Allowance + Hybrid Working

Location: Greater London

Are you a Health and Safety Manager / Director with experience working on commercial projects, looking for an exciting new opportunity where you'll become a part of the directorship of this rapidly expanding company? You'll also be assessing safety and risk for a range of building types and be at the forefront of company growth.

This role would suit a senior building safety professional with experience working on commercial projects, looking for an autonomous role where you'll drive the growth of the business.

The Role:

1. Lead teams on a range of building safety projects
2. Assess compliance against the Building Regulations
3. Assess safety and risk for various building types
4. Ensure project delivery, leadership, well-being of personnel, and business development

The Person:

• Chartered Building Qualification or equivalent
• Experience working in Building Safety
• Experience working on commercial projects
