Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of our Building Safety team, ideally located in the south-east. You will be responsible for ensuring effective project delivery, leadership, well-being of all personnel and business development.
Experience
You should be able to demonstrate previous experience of:
• Leading a team and effective leadership skill
• Project management and deliv ey • Decision making at project and company leadership leel • Business development and grwth • Assessing compliance against the Building Act 1984 (as amended), Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and other applicable, allied legislation, standards and guidance in relation a range of building types including non-standard buildings and /or RBs • The building types on which you intend to work, including non-standard buildings a nd/orHRBs
