About the Role As a Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of ChemPartner's CRO service. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to generate new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and position ChemPartner as a preferred partner in the CRO industry. In this role, you will: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities Collaborate closely with BD colleagues, technical teams, and senior management to establish large key accounts and strengthen ChemPartner's market presence Achieve sales revenue targets for new and existing accounts, demonstrating exceptional deal-closing skills Manage and cultivate existing client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction Utilize CRM effectively to track and manage an opportunity pipeline, providing critical insights for forecasting and decision-making Represent ChemPartner at industry meetings, conferences, and events, showcasing the company's expertise and capabilities Provide regular status and activity updates to senior management, technical leaders, and Global BD Team members, ensuring transparency and accountability Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive la...
