Director of Business Development

Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join the Business Development Team that is a part of our Sales and Relationship Management Department under the Chief Commercial Officer. We are responsible for driving growth in alternatives, focusing primarily on Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Debt.
You will be primarily accountable for increasing overall sales in the Private Asset segment, with no regional limitation. You will participate in shaping efa’s Private Assets business development strategy and actively contribute to its success by building out a network of contacts with key decision makers, including fund managers and asset owners, but also with key institutional partners such as depositary banks, management companies, as well as centers of influence such as auditors, lawyers, and independent directors.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the private debt, private equity, and infrastructure spaces through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision makers, including fund managers, asset owners, and other stakeholders, to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
