Overview

Global Insurer seeks UK and London Market Business Operations Director with company and syndicate experience to lead underwriting and business operations across the UK and Europe.

You will be accountable for both strategy and delivery of all operational areas, addressing high levels of complex business issues and forging strong relationships across the organisation.

Scope includes Underwriting Support, Operational Excellence, Facilities and Talent Development. You will work with senior stakeholders across the business and with external partners to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
