OverviewThe University of Lincoln is seeking to appoint to the newly created role of Director of Campus Innovation.This is a transformative leadership opportunity to shape the future of our campuses and deliver a bold vision for innovation, regeneration, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with our Vice Chancellor, Board, and Executive team, the Director will lead have a hugely influential remit encompassing estates strategy and campus transformation, capital programme delivery, estates operations, and campus services including accommodation, retail, and hospitality.We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong sense of purpose and a “can-do” mindset. You will be customer-focused, listening to and responding to the needs of students, staff, and stakeholders, and will lead this culture across the Estates, Facilities and Campus Services.
