TCES is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced and innovative Director of Clinical Services to lead our pioneering Great Minds Training & Therapy Services —a national, neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic service supporting children and young people with complex needs through the delivery of therapeutic pathways and interventions, training for schools and families in inclusive therapeutic education, and whole-system support (building therapeutic provision from the ground up) in order to support the needs of a growing number of exceptional young people across the UK. About the Role This is an executive position reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on both the Operational and Executive Boards. You will be the strategic and clinical lead for Great Minds, responsible for: Driving innovation and excellence in therapeutic service delivery.
