OverviewDirector of Commercial & Operations role based in Poringland, Norfolk (with travel as required). Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00. Location and working patterns may require flexibility including evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.First round interview dates: Wednesday 22 October 2025 and Thursday 23 October 2025.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic leadership, delivery and growth of operations including Residential Care, Crisis Management and Family Support. Act as a strategic role model across the organisation and promote a culture aligned with values: Compassion, Excellence, Integrity, and Courage.
