The Role

Lead and develop the Commercial Property department as Director, driving performance and strategy.

Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.

Support Corporate & Commercial colleagues with the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.

Draft, review, and issue high-quality legal documentation, including transaction reports.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts.

Play an active role in business development, helping the department and firm continue to grow.
