As the Director of Community, The Maybourne Society, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our new Maybourne VIC programme and platform. You will be responsible for community growth and development - establishing, engaging and managing relationships with our leading guests and new members. This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual who has a deep understanding of business development, luxury service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to engage new members and existing clients. Work closely with the Director of Membership and Director of Private Concierge on networking, industry events, and market research. Conduct presentations and meetings with members and prospective members to showcase the programme Working with the Director of Membership to develop tailored services that align with individual member preferences and needs. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile prospective members, acting as their primary point of contact. Monitor membership metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Work collaboratively within department to ensure optimal departmental performance. Successful candidates for our Director of Community, The Maybourne Society opportunity will be: Proven experience in sales, business development, membership acquisition, retention and management, or a similar role within luxury lifestyle. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
