This role centres on ensuring that complex, multi-million-pound developments are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest technical and commercial standards.

What You Bring

• Deep experience in large-scale construction programme delivery, including mission-critical or highly complex assets.
• Strong track record leading EPC contractors and supply chains on high-value, multi-regional projects.
• Technical fluency across structural, MEP, and commissioning disciplines, with the ability to interrogate detail while steering at a strategic level.
• Exceptional leadership presence, with the ability to influence boards, regulators, and delivery partners alike.
• A career history of delivering complex facilities on time, within budget, and to rigorous technical benchmarks.
