A senior construction leader to take accountability for the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical facilities across the UK and continental Europe. This role centres on ensuring that complex, multi-million-pound developments are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest technical and commercial standards.
What You’ll Deliver Programme Success: Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from early design decisions to operational handover, ensuring consistency of delivery across regions. Capital Efficiency: Safeguard budgets and timelines while maintaining quality, driving commercial performance across all partners and suppliers. Innovation in Build: Accelerate deployment by embedding modular, prefabricated, and sustainable construction methods into standard practice. Stakeholder Confidence: Act as the trusted senior interface for clients, investors, regulators, and partners, ensuring transparent reporting and strong relationships. Risk & Compliance Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance while de-risking programmes through proactive governance. Futureproof Infrastructure: Champion designs and processes that support hyperscale growth, environmental goals, and long-term operational resilience. Leadership Impact: Inspire and direct project teams and delivery partners, ensuring collective focus on agreed milestones and performance outcomes.
What You Bring Deep experience in large-scale construction programme delivery, including mission-critical or highly complex assets. Strong track record leading EPC contractors and supply chains on high-value, multi-regional projects. Technical fluency across structural, MEP, and commissioning disciplines, with the ability to interrogate detail while steering at a strategic level. Exceptional leadership presence, with the ability to influence boards, regulators, and delivery partners alike. A career history of delivering complex facilities on time, within budget, and to rigorous technical benchmarks.
