Key Responsibilities

• Lead the construction phase of a major capital project, ensuring alignment with UK legislation and project goals.
• Advise the Project Director on strategic construction matters.
• Implement and oversee the construction quality management system.
• Drive collaboration across contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sustainability program.
• Champion safety and environmental performance across all site activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in petrochemical, chemical, refinery, or gas sectors.
• Degree-qualified in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
