Position Objective:
The Director/Senior Director of Customer & Market Success is primarily responsible for growing existing customer accounts and leading business development opportunities with new contract manufacturing and packaging customers in NA. Helping customers scale by accelerating business growth and speed to market. Developing long-term partnerships that help customers reimagine the way they envision, execute, and commercialize their go-to-market strategies, with a relentless focus on innovation, digitization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver individual targets (eg customer growth, pricing, and forecast accuracy) which deliver organizational growth objectives.Penetrate customer/markets and develop insights which drive successful growth. Use external focus to proactively identify business opportunities, address customer/market risks, and inform pricing strategies. Build strong pipeline of high-value business prospects. Lead Customer Relationship Management and successfully develop and deliver solutions which best meet customer needs and Truvant value proposition. Lead reporting and communication responsibilities in CRM tool and through end-to-end commercial process. Collaborate with multi-functional internal teams and lead the development of proposals including RFP response, pricing strategy, and win plans. Lead development of Customer Briefs and Proposal Recommendations which require Executive Team approval. Lead strategic and tactical planning process with customer. Identify opportunities for growth, and improvement in customer operational efficiencies, service levels, and across KPIs.Work Experience/KSAs

5+ years of Contract Manufacturing and/or Contract Packaging 5+ years of CPG/FMCG, Food & Beverage or Healthcare manufacturing or packaging Extensive customer facing and solution development experience Deep understanding of manufacturing, packaging and/or supply chain operationsStrong track record of delivering results via new business wins or account growthExperience with large scale, complex selling to Fortune 500 customers - $10M+ dealsDeep understanding of financial components to deal developmentDeep experience with either shared, dedicated or in-plant/in-DC contract packaging Must be able to work independently however be an outstanding team player50% travel – to Customer sites, Truvant sites, and Industry events (primarily domestic)Ability to distill customer needs to the organization and maintain a strong customer focus Ability to navigate complex customer organizational structures and build strong relationships Supply chain management or operations experience a plusStrong executive presence Education:
Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree or other related field or equivalent experience
