Lead Enterprise Data Architect – Director Level London based with client travel (Hybrid / Flexible) £140,000 + 20% Bonus + £5k Car Allowance – Permanent
This is a rare opportunity to step into a Director-level Data Architecture role with huge strategic scope. You’ll be shaping enterprise-wide data strategy, driving practice growth, and delivering high-impact solutions to some of the UK’s most complex organisations.
The role sits at the intersection of business and technology — leading engagements that set the standard for modern data-driven transformation, while staying close to emerging tools and AI-driven solutions.
What you’ll be doing: Owning the enterprise data strategy across multiple clients and sectors Leading the design and governance of large-scale, complex data solutions Driving practice development and thought leadership in data and AI Engaging with C-suite stakeholders to shape transformation programmes Guiding teams to deliver high-quality consulting and architecture outcomes
Experience required: Strong track record in Enterprise Data Architecture at Director or equivalent level Proven ability to define and implement enterprise data strategies at scale Depth across data platforms, cloud ecosystems and emerging AI-driven tooling Experience leading consulting engagements with senior stakeholders A balance of strategy, practice leadership and hands-on architectural oversight
