Lead Enterprise Data Architect – Director Level

£140,000 + 20% Bonus + £5k Car Allowance – Permanent

The role sits at the intersection of business and technology — leading engagements that set the standard for modern data-driven transformation, while staying close to emerging tools and AI-driven solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the enterprise data strategy across multiple clients and sectors
• Leading the design and governance of large-scale, complex data solutions
• Driving practice development and thought leadership in data and AI
• Engaging with C-suite stakeholders to shape transformation programmes
• Guiding teams to deliver high-quality consulting and architecture outcomes

Experience required:

• Strong track record in Enterprise Data Architecture at Director or equivalent level
• Proven ability to define and implement enterprise data strategies at scale
• Depth across data platforms, cloud ecosystems and emerging AI-driven tooling
• Experience leading consulting engagements with senior stakeholders
• A balance of strategy, practice leadership and hands-on architectural oversight

• £140,000 base salary
